Timboskratch….sorry I missed your post 🙁 did you make it down?
Daft…it did go well, cheers buddy. Could have done with maybe 50-100 more, but was always gonna be a bit risky on that particular date 😉
Deep, you’d have loved it mate!!

Happy Days

October 11, 2013 at 9:16 am in reply to: NL : Pandemonium – Physical Readmission (16 november Sporthallen Zuid) #1275970looks proper banging this one – and good to see some UK performers on there too 🙂
PM side
No – last I heard, Phil and James’ Nu-urban Music went bust….that was a couple of years ago…not heard anything from him since. He is on FB is you need to hook up
Or you could just buy two packs of pringles and spend £1.79 on postage!. I just got five of them – now I need to butcher the wiring to fit into one plug and hey presto! multi mini rig for less than a tenner….
Bump
Apparently, there is a bass bin version coming soon – although I can’t see it on their website….
sounds alright to me! Welcome to the world of outdoor partying!
just take a snap shot – they are all pretty banging – and those 90s noises are soooooo cool!
not sure about the .co.uk version staying – either way – some serious sets here worth keeping
One In The Jungle Archive don’t forget to get downloading – 19 days left!!
And remember some pics or vids from your successful night please!
Try whybuynew as well – they do some decent LED based kit. If you are going to go down the laser route, then minimum 500mW for any decent outdoor show (esp if going for any colour other then red).
Good luck – and remember some pics/vids once you have got them going
Good point GL – you are always the voice of reason!!
Of course, I would be inredibly careful if I were to be involved in any such gathering!!
Good point GL – not only a useful site to listen to – but best get saving them. I have at least three One in the Jungle shows on tape from back in the day, but suppose I ought to follow my own suggestion and pillage this lot too!
I sub – I no Mod (actually, I am a MOD, but from a different timezone, when mods rode scooters, wore parkers, listened to the yardbirds. the jam etc and computers were ZX81s that you programmed yourself).
Praise be the modern (sic) Mods – and all my co-subs :group_hug:group_hug:group_hug:group_hug
Ahhhhhh – loving this shit man…..
‘Scuse my ignorance – and lack of genre knowledge – isn’t this banging tekno??
I was hving alaugh with some DnB promoters on Friday about sub genres – when I grew up (ha ha that’s a laugh) there was three types of music: Hardcore Jungle Tekno (which is either three types, or in fact, just one type) plus house plus garage…..these days I am so fcuking confused it sacres me.
NO offence Pearsy – I have a few of your mixes, and they are all banging….just stuck with the labels these days!!

I made a showreel which contained a fair bit of OOOPS! videos and below that sticker were two VTRs… (unfortunately the kit i had to decode that tape format stopped working just before I left Reading so I am unable to convert all of them, some may exist on a old hard drive)
Junk Chun 10 had by then started up but they tended to share venues with Freestate and some OOOPS DJ’s and crew also worked with them. Deadly Poison may well have had a set on one or both of the VFR broadcasts in 1999 or 2000…
WOuld love to see some of them old vids GL – if you can ever find the hard drive!! And Yes, Dedders would defo have played with those guys on VFR – I think we might even have had an Ooops! night one time!…
Phil is still doing White house Studios – and in fact has played at the last two Ooops! lake shows – coz we is still one big family in the Ding!! -
